Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or print? We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the one you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
